This website is operated by Day Somall Limited, registered in England and Wales under Companies House number 17110872. By ordering from us you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each pair as accurately as we can. Where a material or care detail is not confirmed in the product listing, it is available on request.

3. Returns and refunds

Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with tags attached, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded in full, including return postage. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Tracking details are sent by email once your parcel is on its way.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

6. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable.

7. Termination

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, a stock issue, or reason to suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
