How do I choose my size?
Measure a pair you already own — waistband across, doubled, gives your W size; crotch seam to hem gives your L size. Match both against the chart in our Size & Fit Guide.
Will stretch jeans stretch out?
The give is built into the weave. Order your usual waist size; denim relaxes slightly with wear and returns closer to shape after a wash.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start and we will confirm the return address and next steps.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do what we can to update it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are shown at checkout, along with any delivery costs, before you confirm your order.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are an online retailer — there is no physical store to visit, but you can reach us by email or phone any time.
